We are looking for a talented and creative graphic designer to join our in-house team, someone who is bursting with creativity and will be excited to work on a vast selection of clients across diverse sectors.
This is where you come in…
We are looking for a Mid-weight Graphic Designer with experience in both digital and print design. You should have practical experience of producing high quality designs with the ability to identify creative opportunities on pitches and briefs, manage client expectation and deliver solutions to what can sometimes be complex problems.
Working with our content and creative teams, you will be responsible for executing and delivering digital design for web, social and other digital platforms as well as design for print, large format, signage and exhibition for our portfolio of clients across a range of sectors including healthcare, public sector, property development and inward investment.
You’ll also contribute to creative marketing campaigns and brand projects – an ability to be creative with words as well is a bonus! You’ll need to know what graphics work best for different channels and audiences, and will have a dedicated mindset to challenge, adapt and enhance our creative offering.
Knowledge and Responsibilities
- Taking account ownership for design-based projects
- A passion for creative, design and people and have minimum 3-5 year’s professional experience.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, XD) and able to use Mac and associated system software
- Ability to take design through from concept to delivery and have confidence in presenting
your ideas to both clients and senior members of the team - Experience in artworking assets for multi-channel (social, web and print)
- Understanding of web development principles to undertake website design projects
- Client liaison to present and adapt designs
- A love for collaborative brand and marketing projects
- Ability to creatively design storyboards for video projects
- Can work flexibly and calmly under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Good creative instinct and initiative
- Organised and focused on project schedules alongside project managers
- Excellent organisational skills and file maintenance/management
- Full UK driving licence and use of a car to travel within the South East
